Age Limits to Meet the CSS Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Age:

The minimum required age to meet the CSS eligibility standards is 21 years.

  • Maximum Age:

The maximum required age to meet the CSS eligibility standards is 30 years.

  • Special Relaxation:

There is a special relaxation of 2 years for these types of listed below candidates;

  1. Those candidates belong to the identified associations.
  2. Disabled Candidates
  3. Candidates who are permanent residents of Azad Jammu Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan.
  4. Candidates from the Buddhist Community
  5. Service Government Servants
  6. Contract Employees
  7. Armed Forces Personnel

Candidate’s Nationality

To meet the CSS eligibility standards, it is also important for the candidate to have a Pakistani Citozenship. Candidates who have the citizenship of Azad Jammu Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan are also eligible for the CSS.

In the case of the married candidate and he/she doesn’t have the citizenship of Pakistan he/she is not eligible for CSS. Otherwise, he/she can ask for the prior permission of the Government to apply for it.

Candidate’s Domicile

The domicile is one of the most important pieces of documents that must be required to apply. So, if you are applying on the regional or provincial quota you must need to have the domicile of the respective region or province.

Required Education CSS Eligibility Criteria

To meet the CSS eligibility standards, the candidate must attain 2nd Division in his/her bachelor’s degree program. Also, the bachelor’s degree from a Pakistani University or a foreign University must be verified by the Higher Education Commission, HEC Islamabad.

NOTE: If your marks are not meeting the eligibility criteria i.e. 2nd Division, you can appear in the CSS examination. But if you have obtained a higher position in the Master’s Degree Program.
