Real numbers are all around us. We use them every day. Some of us even use them to do our job! But many of us don’t really know what they are or how they’re used in the real world. That’s just sad. In this article, we will look at more properties of the real numbers, numbers that are actually used in math and the sciences.
Being a much larger set than rational numbers, the set of irrational numbers is also much more varied. Just like we can add and multiply rational numbers, we can also do the same with irrational numbers.
