Ehsaas school stipends program has now extended to the upper secondary levels. Students from the 6th class through the 10th will also be receiving the opportunity to earn a quarterly education stipend. According to the report, Benazir Income Support Program Board has officially agreed to include intermediate first-year and second-year students in Wasila Education Program.
The board also granted a stipend amounting to Rs 3500 per month for males and Rs 4,000 for each person for the first or second-year girl. Students in Matric will receive three-quarterly PKR stipends. It is worth noting that BISP Steering Committee had on June 16, this month, officially agreed to include Higher Secondary Education in the program, and then referred the issue for approval to BISP Board for final approval.
It is worth noting that the government also granted approval to include secondary education in the Waseela Taleem Program. Starting July 1 the students who are eligible from primary school to 12th grade will be awarded grants on a monthly basis. A Stipend of Rs. 3,000 will be offered as a graduation stipend following having completed the primary.

Scholarship-based incentives for girls are provided in the program so that parents can send their children, especially girls, to school and college.
Ehsaas has also introduced a one-time graduation bonus of Rs 3,000 to encourage girls to complete primary education. This bonus is being given to female students belonging to eligible families on passing the 5th class.
